Im often asked what helmet I prefer to wear. Well, I wear several different brands of helmets on a regular basis mostly Arai, Shoei, Icon, and Harley-Davidson. Occasionally, youll see me in a half shell because Im doing a photo shoot and like to be sure you can tell theres a woman riding the bike.

Why women ride? We ride because we love it! I ride with nine to 10 other women every month. We have so much fun. We ride, eat, shop, ride, you get the gist of it. We normally leave around 10:30 a.m. and return home around 4 or 5 p.m. We try and have a different route each month and I have thoroughly enjoyed every ride we have had.

I grew up on a moped, but I have been riding a Yamaha 230 dirt bike for about three years, and Ive been riding street bikes since last February. My first bike was a Honda VTX 1300C, which is a great bike, but I just purchased a 2003 Honda VTX 1800R. The main reason I chose the VTX 1800R was because of the looks. Then when I rode it, I fell in love with it.
