First Biker Boot Camp For Women To Be Held

This spring, the Harley-Davidson Museum in Milwaukee is offering 20 women the opportunity to take part in the first-ever Biker Boot Camp for Women. Participants will not only become licensed motorcycle riders through Harley-Davidson’s Rider’s Edge Academy of Motorcycling, but will also get a behind-the-scenes look at the Harley-Davidson Motor Company and its leadership, the Harley-Davidson Museum, and the city of Milwaukee.

Suzuki Participates in 1st Annual “Small Business Saturday”

American Suzuki Motor Corporation’s Motorcycle/ATV division is participating in the first annual “Small Business Saturday” consumer shopping event. While “Black Friday” and “Cyber Monday” are well-established as the busiest shopping days of the year, directly following the Thanksgiving holiday, American Express has created “Small Business Saturday,” making its debut this year on November 27.

A few weeks ago, I was out riding and enjoying what I consider the start of Florida’s best riding season, winter. I was heading to a local biker hangout and found myself behind a couple of other riders: a man on a Harley-Davidson Ultra Classic and a woman on a Sportster. It looked like they were headed to the same restaurant.
