The top of the boot shaft has a flexible ribbed leather/elastic area in back and a tapered edge in front for superior comfort in the shin and calf areas.

Made with a waterproof lining, the Lady Aura boots are an all-season, all-weather boot available in US women’s sizes 6.5 to 9.5. I found the sizing to be true. My boots did stretch out a little after I wore them a few times, so don’t cast them aside if they feel a little tight at first.
Update 9/17/15: After putting hundreds of miles on these boots, Id like to report that they broke in nicely, have kept all the water out, and have maintained their strength and support. However, the footbed insert moves around a lot, bunching up when I put the boot on and coming out when I take the boot off. I considered removing them completely, but then I will lose some of the support that makes these boots so comfortable.

I love this boot! I loved it so much, I bought a second pair. That being said, I’ve worn both down to the point where I need new ones. Unfortunately they do not sell these anymore (the new Aura don’t have the gussets back which is what makes these boots so comfy for my fat calves)! Any other suggestions for soft supple, but sturdy, boots that won’t bruise the back of my calves?
I know exactly what you mean about these being soft and supple. I haven’t tried these, but the Alpinestars Stella Kair Gore-Tex boot looks like it may have some of the features you really like about the Lady Aura.Good luck!
I just purchased the boots after originally trying the Tourmaster Women’s Air WP 2.0. I have a small foot and it is hard to find boots in a size 6, many companies do not go smaller than a 6.5. Generally these larger boots are too big and not safe to ride in. The smallest size the Lady Aura comes in a 6.5 but the boot is slim enough to be fine on small foot. First ride in them, I rode 350 miles and walked around town a little. The boots worked well. Only complaints are: the boot is really warm and the foot bed insert is lousy. I took it out and replaced it with a Dr. Scholl’s gel full foot insert. Overall great purchase. TCX customer service responded to my questions quickly. Am glad I got them.
I too am wanting a size 10 boot. Those of us gals that wear a larger size are sometimes relegated to finding a smaller mens boot to fit. I wear a medium to narrow size so I really have a difficult time. Please figure out a way to makes these larger sizes happen. Thanks so much!
I love my boots and yes they are very comfortable however, the ankle support sticks and have become very loose in this area. Concerning to me for good ankle support.
I find this particular style of TXC fit the wider foot. They only go to size 42 euro though.
I ordered the TCX Aura boots online. The sizing said that a 42 will fit from 9.5 to 10. These boots were way to tight. I wear a size 10 and my big toes were squished up against the boot. They don’t offer a bigger size in these. I really liked the style of the boot, but had to return them. Noticed they don’t offer too many European boots in a size 11 for women. I guess the search is still on for a good pair of mid calf boots.
Thanks for the update on the sizing. This is good to know for others who wish to order. We will look for options for European motorcycling boots for women that come in a wider range of sizes.
These boots sound wonderful. But $220 doesn’t seem “reasonably” priced to me! You must shop at some high end stores (or maybe I should get out more!).
Once again, something specifically designed for women that looks to be a great product but for the “little” girls! Size 6-9.5? Some of us do wear 10-11, especially when we want to wear a heavier, warmer sock in the winter, colder weather riding seasons! Why can’t these manufacturers remember that all women are not tiny and petite?
Nice, but once again, stops at 9 1/2. Would love to try them and get rid of the clunky boots that many of us that wear 10s are stuck with and don’t want to try to stretch them to fit.
