Touring Models

Seven models make up Harley-Davidsons touring family. Add to that for 2009, the Tri-Glide, the Harley-Davidson trike. At a minimum each bike has sidebags and a windshield and/or fairing for riders who like to tour. All touring models are equipped with a new six-gallon fuel tank, and an electronic throttle so wires are hidden inside the handlebars and can accomodate the optional cruise control system. All models have a rubber-mounted 1584cc Twin Cam 96 engine with fuel injection, and feature air-adjustable rear shocks that accomodate passenger and luggage loads. New high performance Brembo brakes are now standard on all touring models with the option of ABS brakes. Click on images to make them larger.
