Girls Learn To Ride (GLTR) is in search of hardworking, creative women interested in their internship program. GLTR is considering applicants for internship positions in their editorial and marketing departments, effective immediately. For women who love to surf, skate, snowboard, wakeboard, ski, ride moto or BMX, or mountain bike and are looking for a foot in the door of the action-sports industry this is an opportunity to consider. Participants will make use of their web and writing skills, while making valuable career contacts.

Girls Learn To Ride female-only action sports clinics and camps are designed to give females of all ages the basic skills and confidence necessary to participate in skateboarding, surfing, snowboarding, wakeboarding, motocross, bmx and mountain biking. The program hosts a number of events throughout the United States and Canada. The GLTR Web site is an online magazine with details about upcoming events, Interviews with top athletes, Lifestyle stories amp; features, product reviews and an online store featuring the top gear for each sport.

GLTR internships are unpaid and applicants must be able to work out of the San Clemente, CA office. Ten plus hours per week is the requested commitment, and GLTR will work with a college or university department to get course credit for participants.
