Chix at the Crossroads
The Riveter Chapter of the Antique Motorcycle Club of America invites everyone to join them at several locations during the Chix at the Crossroads ride in June 2024. The ride begins in Maggie Valley, North Carolina, at Wheels Through Time Museum, stopping at various locations in Tennessee, Alabama, and Mississippi. Chix at the Crossroads will take riders along backroads and byways, focusing on the many elements that make up American music.
To help celebrate the journey, the Riveter Chapter invites WomenRidersNow.com readers and friends to join the riders at the following events:
June 15-17
Dale’s Wheels Through Time Museum, 62 Vintage Lane, Maggie Valley, North Carolina
Chix at the Crossroads opening weekend will be held at Dale’s Wheels Through Time Museum where you can meet the riders, take photos, and learn about the ride!
June 15: 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. – informal meet and greet with riders
June 16: 10:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. – informal meet and greet with riders
June 17: 9:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. – motorcycle staging and kickstands up
June 22, starting at 2 p.m.
Spacey’s Rock N Roll Tattoo, 2309 Front Street, Meridian, Mississippi
Block party with live music, food, and general revelry. The Chix will be rolling into Meridian and ready to party! Come and check out all the antique and modern bikes and meet the women who ride them. They’ll be happy to share more about their American music-themed two-week motorcycling journey across the southern states.
June 24, 6 p.m. – 9 p.m.
Hopson Hospitality, Commissary Circle Road, Clarksdale, Missippi
Dinner buffet with live music, steeped in Americana and artifacts of the Deep South. The Chix will be celebrating the final leg of their journey at this wonderful venue. It’s a community event, so please join the fun and find out about the riders’ adventures along the way.
