Four lucky Women Riders Now readers are each receiving a Scala Rider G4 PowerSet communication system by Cardo Systems as winners in a contest sponsored by WRN and Cardo Systems. The giveaway was offered during the month of May to celebrate Women Riders Month.
The winners are Mary Swift of Traverse City, Michigan; Denise Neal of Naples, Maine; Shelley Abernathy of Round Rock, Texas; and Becky Lundblade of Casper, Wyoming, all chosen in a random drawing of names entered to win the four prizes. Readers were asked to fill out a five question survey about their reading habits on WRN. At the end they could enter their name and address to win one of four headsets.
“Congratulations to the winners, who all just happen to be loyal readers of WRN,” says Genevieve Schmitt, WRN editor and founder. “And thanks to Cardo for offering up these headsets each one valued at nearly $500. We were able to celebrate Women Riders Month with this generous giveaway and bring the attention of our readers to a great motorcycle communications product such as the Scala Rider.”
And Cardo just announced a software upgrade to its G4 system. One of the unique aspects includes the availability for users to periodically upgrade features and functions on their device by downloading the latest software from the companys Web site. The latest version, 2.2, just became available and can be accessed at CardoUpgrades.com.
Genevieve thanks everyone who entered the contest and filled out the survey. The answers will be used to better serve you better by posting stories you want to read.
