The Harley-Davidson CVO program creates limited edition, exclusive motorcycles produced by teams of technicians in a special assembly area at the Harley-Davidson plants in York, Pa., and Kansas City. Each year several of the regular models are chosen to go through the CVO treatment. These custom bikes feature a Twin Cam 110, the largest displacement production engine offered by Harley, that is fuel injected and powered by a 6-speed transmission. The powertain is finished in a new CVO-exclusive granite coat with chrome covers. Included with all CVO bikes is Harley Smart Security System wtih Smart Siren, a storage cover and a commemorative CVO key in a presentation box. For 2009, the Road Glide and Dyna Fat Bob went through the CVO makeover. Click on images to make them larger.
