Indian Scout Sixty
When Indian Motorcycle launched its new-and-improved 1250cc Scout lineup earlier this year, we knew its smaller siblings would soon be joining the crew. By the end of this month, you’ll begin seeing three new versions of the 999cc Indian Scout Sixty in dealerships across America.
Like the five offerings of the 1250cc Scout, the three new models, Scout Sixty Bobber, Sport Scout Sixty, Scout Sixty Classic offer various trim levels to match personal style and diverse riding needs and start at just $9,999. Like the 1250, the 2025 Scout Sixty family features universal accessibility, iconic American design, and balance of power and control.
Scout Sixty Power and Trim
Powering the new Scout Sixty is a completely redesigned SpeedPlus 999cc engine that delivers 65 foot-pounds of torque and 85 horsepower. The liquid-cooled engine and five-speed transmission offers a more approachable powertrain for newer riders and those who don’t care to spend the extra money for the bigger Scout (which starts at $12,999.)
Each Scout Sixty model is available in two trim offerings, Standard and Limited. The Scout Sixty’s Standard trim provides riders with new electrical architecture that includes ABS, LED lighting, a larger battery, new fuel level gauge for more accurate and real-time fuel monitoring, and new hand controls for improved ergonomics and enhanced rider control. The standard trim models are only offered in Black Metallic and include an analog gauge and keyed ignition.
Limited trim models offer everything on Standard trim and more. Cruise control offers a comfortable highway ride, Traction Control delivers confident and predictable handling, Ride Modes provide a tailored ride experience, and a USB charging port keeps devices fully charged while on the road. Limited models can be ordered in several color options and also feature exclusive badging across the engine and frame.
Customizing the Indian Scout Sixty
Compatible with Indian Scout 1250cc accessories, Scout Sixty owners have access to over 100 factory accessories. Personalized riding ergonomics can be customized with a variety of handlebar options, different seats, including an extended reach seat, and forward controls. In total, Scout Sixty offers 32 different ergonomic configurations, allowing riders to ride longer and farther.
Popular accessories available for the Scout Sixty include saddlebags, seats, driving lights, and a 4-inch touchscreen display powered by Indian Motorcycle’s RIDE COMMAND. With this upgrade, riders have GPS navigation, ride stats, controllable ride modes, bluetooth connectivity and more, improving convenience and enhancing the overall riding experience.
