Ducati USA will hold two women-only demo ride sessions on Saturday, July 28, 2007 during AMA Vintage Motorcycle Days at Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course in Lexington, Ohio. Danny Carson, Consumer Events Director for Ducati USA, tells the AMA this special event is being held because of Ducatis success at the 2006 AMA International Women amp; Motorcycling Conference. The Italian manufacturer sold at least six motorcycles to conference participants.
The exclusive rides will take place at 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. respectively. AMA Special Events Director Will Stoner suggests that all interested women arrive early on July 28, 2007 to register. “Were excited that Ducati is offering special demo ride sessions for our women riders. I strongly suggest that women wishing to take part in Ducatis special rides arrive at the demo ride area at Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course before 8:00 a.m. to get the best chance of getting on the womens demo rides.” For more info, visit AMADirectLink.com.
