Co-founded in 2014 by the late Jessi Combs and Theresa Contreras, Real Deal Revolution is a 501c3 CA nonprofit organization whose mission is to revolutionize the perception of skilled trades and women’s roles in them. Through educational outreach, community-building, and hands-on traveling workshoppes, Real Deal Renegades create opportunities for women to learn new skills in a supportive environment and empower them to teach and encourage others to pursue their passions.

Hands-on Real Deal Workshoppes include pinstriping, welding, and leatherworks.
