We all like to hear what other people have to say about the motorcycles or products were thinking about purchasing. So send in a short write-up on your motorcycle or a product along with a photo, and we will consider posting it in the Reader Reviews section of WomenRidersNow.com (WRN).
Submission Guidelines for Motorcycle and Product Reviews
You don’t have to be a professional writer to send us a review—just a rider with an opinion. Email your write-up and a minimum of one photo (which must show you with the bike or product) to info@womenridersnow.com. Please be sure to put "Reader Reviews" in the subject line.
Gear and Product Reviews
Gear and product reviews can focus on any motorcycle-related product, including riding gear (jackets, boots, riding pants, helmets, etc.), aftermarket products, and accessories you've added to your bike (saddlebags, grips, windshields, etc.). For product reviews, all of the following information is required:
- Your first and last name
- City and state where you reside
- Product name and manufacturer's web site link
- Why you chose the product
- Specifics about the products performance
- What similar product you were using prior to the new product (if applicable)
- How the product benefits or does not benefit you and your riding
Motorcycle Reviews
When it comes to motorcycle reviews, other readers are most interested in hearing what you like and/or don't like about your bike. They'll also want to know what modifications you've made to the bike and if those changes are working for you. Include photos of both sides of the motorcycle, plus a great shot of you with your motorcycle.
Be sure to include all the required information (listed below) in your own words, but please feel free to include any additional details you believe will be of interest to other riders. The following information is required for all bike reviews:
- Your first and last name
- City and state where you reside
- Bike manufacturer (e.g., Honda, Harley-Davidson)
- Model (e.g., Shadow Aero, Dyna Low Rider)
- Year of model
- Your height
- Why you chose the bike
- What motorcycle(s) you traded up from (if applicable)
- What qualities you like most about the motorcycle
- What you don't like about the motorcycle (if anything)
For aftermarket products you added to the bike, please include all of the following with company and product names:
- Ergonomic modifications (e.g., new handlebars, new seat)
- Engine modifications (e.g., new exhaust pipes)
- Custom paint job? Who did the work?
- Anything else you did to the bike
