The Athena Ride for Women is a four-day, women-only motorcycle rally held in Athens, Ohio — home of Ohio’s Windy 9. This is the first, of what will surely become an annual event. The Athena Ride goal is to foster a community of women riders while supporting My Sister’s Place, an agency that supports victim survivors of domestic violence in Southeast, Ohio. This event will include guided rides, workshops, games, nightly activities, a banquet and fundraisers to support the work of My Sister’s Place. Events will be hosted in various locations and on the amazing roads of Ohio’s Windy 9. Come ready to ride, but also come ready to relax, to clear your mind, and to experience something new.
